HorrorStories is a product of our dedication to providing the best user experience to our users. We strive to make HorrorStories a safe and secure environment for our users to enjoy their favorite novels. By using HorrorStories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Use of HorrorStories

You agree not to post, upload, or otherwise transmit User Content that: Is abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable; Infringes on any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of HorrorStories or any third party; Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful components; Promotes or encourages illegal activity; Harasses or harms another person; Is false, inaccurate, or misleading. HorrorStories reserves the right to remove or delete any User Content that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable, in its sole discretion.
5. User Conduct You agree to use HorrorStories in a manner that is lawful and appropriate. You agree not to: Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts HorrorStories or the servers and networks connected to HorrorStories; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of HorrorStories, or any other systems or networks connected to HorrorStories, by hacking, password mining, or any other means; Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; Collect or store personal data about other users of HorrorStories without their express consent; Use HorrorStories for any commercial purpose without HorrorStories’s prior written consent.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership All content and materials on HorrorStories, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of HorrorStories or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the content or materials on HorrorStories without the express written consent of HorrorStories or its licensors.
2. User Content License By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through HorrorStories, you grant HorrorStories a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with HorrorStories and HorrorStories’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

Trademarks “HorrorStories,” the HorrorStories logo, and any other product or service names, logos, or slogans that may appear on HorrorStories are trademarks of HorrorStories or its affiliates and may not be used without the prior written consent of HorrorStories. You may not use any metatags or other hidden text utilizing “HorrorStories” or any other name, trademark, or product or service name of HorrorStories without our prior written consent.
4. Third-Party Content HorrorStories may provide links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by HorrorStories. HorrorStories does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third-party website, service, or content from HorrorStories, you do so at your own risk and agree that HorrorStories will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.
5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HorrorStories, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of HorrorStories, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms of Use.

General Terms
